We're in Ohio for Thanksgiving but the House in Denton Does not Rest

While Eric and Diane are in Cleveland enjoying the snow, the back bedroom of our house gets a face lift. Hope and Kasey come over and paint the room this wonderful green and again on their own volition. Although, when they started they were worried I might have picked the wrong color when it started out looking like snot all over the walls. Thankfully paint drys a darker color.


Our friend Dave joined in the fun by mounting and wiring the can lights too.

We've Moved! (Dec. 19th)

Welcome to our humble abode! This is everything from the one bedroom apartment mostly in our living room of this house. We get to live in boxes for almost a year, yea!!

This is our Master Bedroom. I think the paint color was a good choice!

We're putting in can lights pretty much everywhere ilumination is required. ...and this look of sophistication is cheap too.

They just did it. We caught them as we came in towards the end of their progress. Cool.

We discovered some old linoleum floor under the carpet in the office and in the dining area. Now, it was our turn to do some work. Half way through taking it up in the office, Eric says, "oh, I forgot to ask. Did you want to keep it?" "Um, No, are you kidding?!," I said.
