After we got back from Ohio for Thanksgiving...

Eric received an early Christmas present from the family... his own drill!! Thanks guys! It will be well used!

 

Then, we also had internet installed. We have Verizon Fios! Woohoo.

Our refrigerator finally was delivered. Now, we can buy and store food. Oh, wait, that means no more eating out for awhile. Hehe.  :)

...and we have something to put our trash and recycling in now. Woohoo!

 
Our friends Dave and Dustin helped us while we were gone in Ohio, by fixing the major water leak in the kitchen under the sink and the outlet for the new water heater (which was moved later to the attic, the new home for the water heater).

Eric installed the needed lights in the attic, so the guys could install the new water heater in the attic. Yay Eric!!

This is the old water heater and its closet home. The new water heater is tankless and will live in the attic right above the old water heater closet.
